Betty’s Glamour Box - Home of the Original Bridal Charm Pin

A timeless piece for the bride to cherish

Explore our range of unique and personalisable gifts

The Bridal Charm Pin encapsulates the traditional English rhyme ‘something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue and a silver sixpence for her shoe’.

A thoughtful, personal keepsake for the bride-to-be and a sentimental gift for both the giver and receiver. You can personalise the pin to make it a truly unique piece.

Each element of the rhyme is represented by individual charms, beads or stones, allowing the gifter to bestow a unique keepsake to the bride. The Something Blue can be selected from four meaningful options to suit the bride’s personality. Add a personalised sterling silver disc, engraved with the couple’s initials and wedding date to make it a one-of-a-kind gift! An optional angel or angel wing charm can also be added, a subtle and meaningful way to symbolise a loved one who can't be present on the big day. It's a popular addition that adds heartfelt depth to the gift.

You can read more about the story of how the pin was first created here.

Each pin is lovingly hand-sewn onto a card and displayed in a bridal white box alongside the sixpence, an explanation for the bride of what each charm represents and a personalised message from the gifter. The gift box is finished with a hand-tied blue satin ribbon. Every pin is made to order in Surrey in England.
